Spanish composer Guillermo Pita has written, orchestrated and arranged works that have been recorded at some of London's most renowned studios such as Abbey Road's Angel or Air-Edel Studios, and performed throughout Europe, Asia and the USA. Parallel to his composition education at the Madrid Royal Conservatory, Guillermo completed a university academic degree in Film, Television and Media Studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and worked as a broadcaster at Radio Clásica, the classical music station of the National Radio of Spain. Having composed original music for documentaries, advertising campaigns and over fifty fiction and experimental short films, in 2020 he received the prestigious “La Caixa” fellowship for postgraduate studies in Europe to promote his education in the field of film music composition at the Royal College of Music, where he was also an award holder of the John Barry Scholarship for Film Composition. He graduated top of his class with distinction and obtained the Joseph Horovitz Prize for Composition for Screen. From 2021 on Guillermo teaches at Complutense University of Madrid's film scoring and videogame music master.

7:13 (2016)

Mateo is lying on the train tracks waiting for a train to run him over. Not being able to hold the urge to pee, he goes away for a minute and when he comes back he encounters a most peculiar character.

Mary's Room (2017)

Based in Frank Jackson's philosophical thought experiment known as the knowledge argument, Mary's Room is a sensorial deconstruction of the reality we live in.
